Workshop: Audiovisual Production Work, the Team and Its Roles

In collaboration with and coordinated by the CIFP Centro Integrado de Formación Profesional (Integrated Vocational Training Center) César Manrique in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a television set will be installed and equipped with all necessary production and direction tools. This set will be used for a workshop for primary school students in which they will be shown how television works from the inside, and will include details about the roles of camera operators, TV directors, floor managers, and more. To make this possible, CIFP César Manrique students doing internships will take on all the roles in a television program and interact with the children, who will ultimately take part in an improvised program that will include interviews and other activities typically seen on a TV show.
